Psychedelic Consult
Are you in the process of getting ready for an upcoming psychedelic session? If you're planning to engage with a licensed psilocybin service center, we've got you covered. Although we cannot recommend you take any substance that is not FDA approved, we can make sure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions around their use. Our aim is to offer you a thorough psychiatric medication consult so that you can have peace of mind knowing that your session will be both safe and effective. It's important to mention that we specialize in evaluating and advising on medications within the realm of psychiatry. For any inquiries about medications falling outside of that scope, we recommend reaching out to your primary provider.
Group Meetups
Patients in the C&F collective have access to biweekly meetups. These meaningful sessions can take place either indoors or outdoors, allowing for a diverse range of experiences. From leisurely walks to invigorating hikes, these gatherings will not only cater to physical health but also promote personal growth. Our indoor sessions are tailored to enhancing skillsets and fostering mental well-being. These meetups present an invaluable chance for you to connect with fellow community members, facilitating the expansion of your social networks. Ensuring an immersive and conducive environment, these gatherings will be led by one or more of our dedicated team members.

Psychiatric intake
Online or in-person, we will dedicate our time to thoroughly assessing your physical and mental well-being. This will involve an in-depth exploration of your symptoms, potential DSM-V diagnoses, and the development of a comprehensive plan for moving forward. We may also find it necessary to gather additional information in order to gain a more thorough understanding of your situation—such as reviewing previous records, requesting lab tests or ECGs, or consulting with your past healthcare providers. While medications may or may not be prescribed, please note that controlled substances will not be prescribed during your initial visit. Furthermore, it is possible that we may determine you require a higher level of care and subsequently refer you to another clinic or provider.

Psychiatric follow up
Online or in-person, our primary focus will be on thoroughly examining the effectiveness of administering or adjusting medication. Additionally, we will take the opportunity to thoroughly review any laboratory or electrocardiogram (ECG) results that may be pertinent to your healthcare. Moreover, these appointments provide a conducive environment for individuals to delve into their thoughts and emotions, utilizing therapeutic support as a means to process and explore their thoughts in a safe and nurturing space. To begin with, these followups will be held either bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your specific requirements and needs.

Psychedelic consult
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to meet with a provider in preparation for engaging with their licensed psilocybin service center. The primary objective of this session is to evaluate your existing psychiatric medication routine before the psilocybin journey. In the event that you would opt to modify your medication regimen following the consultation, it is imperative to undertake subsequent psychiatric follow-ups to facilitate a gradual and risk-free medication change or tapering process, ensuring a comfortable and beneficial experience. Please note this appointment is not an endorsement or recommendation of any substance that is not FDA approved; it will simply provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions.

Group meetups
In person only, our group activities offer a diverse range of opportunities for you to engage with nature and enhance your skills. With sessions held both outdoors and indoors, we maximize your time in the natural environment while also providing a conducive space for learning and refining your tools.
