Here current patients can self-schedule, request medication refills, and message their provider. The portal also hosts all Zoom appointments.
* Please note that all messages with be responded to in 48 hours, and medication or treatment changes must be done during appointments.

In the case of emergency, such as thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
